The Seashore at Seaside, Oregon
Experiencing ebb tide. I was able to make my way out quite a long distance in regular shoes. Looking north. Seashells, sand dollars, and bits of crabs were collectable in the debris left behind .
The dark areas are deposits of wood chips left by the receding tide.
A view of the shore. The Gilbert Inn can be seen between the tall building and the small blue house.
They are serious about digging razor clams, and quite able to make their quota.
Seagulls were very present on the beach, always looking for a handout.
