We enjoyed lunch in the Wayfarer Restaurant which is the building to the left of center. The view through the large windows was spectacular. Haystack Rock, just off shore, is a protected marine garden rising some 235 feet.
Yes, it was cloudy, but very comfortable. Looking north towards Ecola State Park.
What to look for. Sign at beginning of trail.
The path to the Sea Lion Rocks overlook. They do sort of resemble sea lions.
