Lola was the Hamilton City Clerk 'forever'. She was a devoted worker, taking care of all the business of the city. I believe her husband was a judge, but I didn't know him. Their son Charlie lived in the house also. He worked at the pool hall which was right next to the drug store on Broadway. Seems to me that there was a barber shop at the front of the pool hall.
